Ammenities We Offer
Evergreen Court offers bright, spacious apartments designed for private or double occupancy. Each apartment features a private bath with walk-in shower along with ample closets and storage areas. Two dining rooms, a sunroom, fireplace and courtyards provide a welcoming environment for residents and their family and friends.
Activities Program
Our in-house activities program is designed to meet the needs of both high functioning and cognitively impaired residents, and includes games, music, arts and crafts as well as special events such as our Resident/Family Holiday Party, Pet Show and Llama Day. Residents also benefit from our location, across the street from the Molalla Senior Center, which offers them an opportunity to partake of the center’s activities and trips as well additional opportunities to socialize.
Beauty/Barber Services
An in-house beauty parlor provides haircuts, roller sets, perms, manicures and pedicures.
Pets Help Residents Thrive
Pets can be important as any family member to their owners; oftentimes more so, if the person has no close connections. Besides the emotional benefit, studies show that providing a home to a companion animal can improve a person’s health through lower blood pressure and cholesterol, decreased stress, improved blood circulation, and increased survival rate from a heart attack or stroke. Yet older adults are regularly forced to give up a beloved pet when they are no longer able to care fully for themselves. We don’t think that’s right, and that’s just one of the difference you will find at Evergreen Court of Molalla. We accept cats, dogs, and birds, and unlike many facilities do not require that residents be capable of providing pet care on their own as a requirement to keeping the animal. Our staff will help a person care for his or her pet when s/he moves in.
