Services We Offer
At Evergreen Court, we recognize that individuals may be very independent in some areas, but need more help in others. By providing a spectrum of services and custom care plans, we are able to meet the needs of a diversity of individuals. This approach also enables our residents to move through different levels of care as their needs change.
We offer a variety of affordable options for housing and services and accept private pay, private insurance, VA and Medicaid.

Together with the resident, his/her doctor, and should the resident wish his/her family, our staff will craft an individualized plan of care that takes into account each individual’s unique medical, personal and social needs. Our primary concern will always be our ability to care for our residents, and a comprehensive evaluation will be done prior to accepting anyone into our facility. If for any reason, we feel we are not the best match for a person’s care needs, we will be happy to make a referral elsewhere.

Memory Care
Memory care allows a person experiencing memory loss to maintain a level of independence while relying on the safety and security of being in a residential facility with a professional staff. Our system of keypad exit and entry with a single point of entry ensures that our facility is safe and secure for those with varying degrees of memory loss/cognitive impairment. Regular staff trainings help Evergreen staff understand both the medical and emotional challenges facing people who are cognitive impaired. We have found this kind of expert management can make a significant difference in the quality of life of one who is cognitively challenged. A variety of communal areas, including enclosed courtyards, and a specially designed activities program are other attributes that contribute to a comfortable physical environment and enhanced emotional well being.
Respite Care
Evergreen Court has short-term respite programs offering the option of staying at Evergreen Court for a few hours, a few days or even a few weeks. You can feel confident that your loved one's needs will be met by our caring and compassionate staff, even if you cannot be there. There are many reasons you may need respite — ranging from needing time to complete activities you cannot take care of while providing 24 hour care to needing vacation or personal time. Studies show it can even be a matter of a caregiver’s own health to take regular caregiving breaks. No one should feel guilty about needing respite care, and there are also advantages to the person receiving respite care:
- It provides your loved one with support, companionship and ensures their personal safety.
- No matter how loving the home environment, everyone enjoys a change, and sometimes people “perk up” both mentally and physically in a new place.
- It gives the person receiving respite care a chance to try out residential care and see if it is something that would be right for them.
- Trained staff may be alert to symptoms of underlying medical conditions that may seem insignificant or may have come on so gradually they’ve escaped notice.
